LCC has an active and growing Seniors Ministry.  The ministry meets bi-monthly with a variety of exciting activities.  Whether it is taking a riverboat ride on the Ohio River or enjoying a picnic and gospel sing, there is always something to look forward to.  Chili suppers, trips to Lamberts Cafe in Sikeston, dining at Giant City Lodge, Christmas parties and having breakfast with informational speakers are just some of the recent events.   The seniors ministry also offers a Sunday School class called "Growing in Christ".  Our seniors are also involved in many of the activities at LCC.  We are are involved in helping at the Choisser Soup Kitchen as well as the Nursery and MOPS ministries that are offered at LCC.  Some of our women are involved in making "teddy bears' which are given to the Harrisburg Hospital for children and to nursing homes as well as orphanages in Africa.   Who can be involved in our Seniors Ministry?  Anyone who wants to join us in any of our wonderful activities.  If you are interested please contact us or just fill out the form below to receive our senior newsletter.  It comes out quarterly and will be helpful in keeping you informed as to our upcoming events and provide you with interesting articles.
